Since its founding in February 2022, the management of the company has been in the hands of Roland Jung (CEO) and Dr. Thomas Lützenrath (COO). In 2024, Mr. Jung handed over the position of CEO to Philipp Hammans and that of Chairman of the Board of Directors to Mr. Frank Collatz.
Philipp ist breit ausgebildet LL.M. | M.Eng. | Pat.Eng. | M.Bus. | und zusätzlich qualified in | Innovation Psychology | Philipp hat lange als Innovationsberater, Manager und Gutachter gearbeitet. Schwerpunkte in IP Strategy & Valuation, Sustainability & Impact assessments | runden seine Ausbildung ab.
BA (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft) in Kommunikation | Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten in Geschäftsentwicklung, Betrieb und Kundenmanagement. Liam ist eine erfahrene Führungskraft in den Bereichen Geschäftsentwicklung und operatives Geschäft mit umfassender Erfahrung im Rechts-, Finanz- und digitalen maritimen Sektor. Er hat bei Unternehmen wie NautilusLog GmbH und High Performance Battery AG erhebliches Geschäftswachstum, Investitionen und Innovationen vorangetrieben und dabei durchweg gute Ergebnisse erzielt und dauerhafte Kundenbeziehungen aufgebaut.
Jolanta Niemann ist eine Beschaffungsexpertin mit umfangreicher Erfahrung im Aufbau von Lieferantennetzwerken, insbesondere in Mittel- und Osteuropa. Sie ist spezialisiert auf Beschaffungsstrategie, Kostenoptimierung und Supply Chain Management, mit einem starken Fokus auf Prozessverbesserung und Lieferantenentwicklung. Darüber hinaus ist sie Dozentin für Beschaffung und Logistik und Mitglied des IHK-Prüfungsausschusses und bietet umfassende Lösungen für Unternehmenswachstum und -effizienz.

The search for investors, partners and external capital providers is currently ongoing. Two years after a financing commitment, the first energy storage systems are to be delivered. Until then, we will implement technology-open storage projects.
